Do You Qualify?

Obesity is a serious disease that affects more than two-thirds of Americans. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), if you are 20% or more over your ideal body weight, serious health risks can occur, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, among others.

Am I morbidly obese?
Obesity becomes “morbid” when it significantly increases the risk of one or more obesity-related health conditions or serious diseases. If you are morbidly obese, and have been trying without success to lose weight for years, you are not alone. For many people who are morbidly obese, diet plans provide only temporary success and often end in failure.

You may be a candidate for weight loss surgery if you:

  • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 40. Check our BMI Calculator to find out your BMI.
  • Have a BMI of over 35 and a serious health issue, such as high blood pressure or type II diabetes, related to being severely overweight.
  • Are unable to achieve a healthy body weight for a sustained period of time, even with medically-supervised dieting.

Do you meet one or more of these qualifications? If so, attend one of our Weight Loss Surgery FREE seminars and find out if weight loss surgery is the right choice for you.
