  1. What tests can I expect to have ordered? 
  2. How long can I expect my process to be from start to surgery date?
  3. Will I have any out of pocket expenses? Is financing available? 
  4. How is the adjustable gastric banding surgery performed? 
  5. What kind of weight loss can I expect? 
  6. What type of lifestyle changes am I going to have to make? 
  7. How many surgeries have you performed? 
  8. What is your complication rate? 
  9. Are there any weight loss requirements before surgery? Do you offer assistance with those requirements?

  1. How long will I be in the hospital? 
  2. How much will I have to pay for the facility portion of my bill? Are there payment plans available if needed?

  4. Where do I check in the day of my surgery? At what time? 
  5. Where can my family wait while I am in surgery? 
  6. Where should I park the day of surgery? 
  7. Do I have to pay extra for a private room? 
  8. Can I have someone stay overnight with me?
